Here at Miller Custom Exteriors, the word “custom” isn’t just part of our company name—it’s a central part of the type of work we offer to our customers. Perhaps one of the best examples of this is our board and batten metal siding.
In 2010, we were approached by the owners of a 1940s-era log cabin who wanted to reduce their maintenance needs without giving up the cabin’s quaint appearance. Our custom metal siding team quickly got to work, installing ABC seamless steel siding that matched the appearance of the original 6-inch log profile. As part of the renovation work, we also installed new, energy-efficient windows.
The result was a home that maintained the rustic appeal of a log cabin, while providing the durable, low-maintenance benefits of board and batten metal siding. The 28-gauge, PVC-coated steel siding had minimal risk of buckling or getting damaged by heat or extreme weather. With this high-quality installation in place, the only thing the homeowners needed to worry about was the occasional power wash to keep it clean.
Whether your siding and window replacement plans involve a log cabin look or something completely different, you can trust our team to provide results that will look and perform great!
